Holiday Return Policy (updated 11/17/23)
We want your holiday shopping experience to be stress-free and joyful! Here's our holiday return policy:
Deadline: Items purchased online, now through December 25th, can be returned until January 7th.
Eligibility: You can return all items, except holiday-themed, food and sale/clearance items.
Condition: To process a return, please ensure the items are unused, with tags still attached. Follow the instructions below to process your return.
We truly hope you love everything you've picked out, but just in case it's not a perfect match, our stress-free return policy is here to make your holiday season hassle-free!

We hope you LOVE your new purchase, but we realize sometimes things just don’t work out. If you’re not happy, we're not happy!
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please reference your order number in the email. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an email with further instructions. Shipping charges on orders are non-refundable. You can send your package back to us using a trackable shipping method of your choice. We are not responsible for any packages lost or damaged in the mail and we cannot issue any refunds for them.
If for any reason the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements, we have the right to deny the return.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
**Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility and nonrefundable**
Damages, issues and warranty information
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, it must be reported to us (with photos of damage) within 7 business days, or it is considered wear and tear and not eligible for return. If your claim falls within the warranty period, please send an email to email@example.com. Accepted warranty claims are eligible for a store credit of equal value to the product under warranty.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as food and beauty products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards and sale items.
*Sale items can't be combined with other offers & discount codes.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take 7 - 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
We do not offer exchanges
Because merchandise is available in limited quantities, we are unable to offer exchanges. We suggest placing a new order for any items you want and following our return policy as outlined above.
